Warranty Information

Door Stud, LLC warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year (“Warranty Period”) from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user. This Limited Warranty does not cover product abuse, modification, failure to adhere to the accompanying instructions, improper operation, or misuse. If a covered defect is reported within the Warranty Period, and confirmed by Door Stud, Door Stud, will, at its option, repair or replace the product, or refund the purchase price. The defective product must be returned to Door Stud, along with the original purchase receipt. Door Stud will pay return shipping to replace a properly-returned product within the United States of America; all other shipping and handling charges are outside the scope of the Limited Warranty. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS. Any implied warranty which cannot be disclaimed under applicable law will be limited in duration to the shortest permissible term and, in any event, will not exceed the term of the applicable express limited warranty. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.

IN NO EVENT WILL DOOR STUD, LLC BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL DOOR STUD’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. The limitations of warranty and liability set forth herein will survive and apply, even if the exclusive remedy is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
